Pre-burning Preparation
Required Equipment
- TF Card Startup
- M2WE Startup
Required Equipment:
- Card reader
- One TF card (capacity 16GB-128GB, transfer speed Class 10 or above)
- Windows PC (Win7, Win10, Win11 compatible)
Recommendations:
- It is recommended to use brand TF cards from SanDisk, Samsung, Kioxia, etc.
- Avoid using off-brand TF cards, as they may cause burning failure or system instability.
Compatibility Note:
Lite seriesandMINI-PAD seriesdo not support M2WE.

Burning System Image
- Method 1: Config Myprint

Step 1: Download and install burning tool
Download the Config Myprint system burning tool:
Install the Find Myprints tool: View Installation Guide
Step 2: Enter system configuration interface
After launching the software, select the System Configuration option from the left menu bar to enter the system burning interface.
Step 3: Connect storage device
Connect the storage card to be burned to the computer's USB port via a card reader.
Recommendation: Using a USB 3.0 or higher interface can significantly improve burning speed.
Step 4: Identify storage device
Click the Refresh button next to Storage Device to ensure the system correctly recognizes the connected storage card.
Step 5: Select device model
Click Device Selection, and select the corresponding configuration based on your device model.
Step 6: Execute burning operation
After confirming the device selection is correct, click the Start Burning button.
- This operation will permanently erase all data on the storage card.
- Please ensure you have backed up important files before burning.
- Do not disconnect the device during the burning process.
Step 7: Complete burning
Wait for the burning progress to complete. When the interface displays a "Complete" prompt, it means the system image has been successfully written.

Visit the Rufus official website to download the latest version:

Step 2: Prepare system image file
- Download the FlyOS system image file from the official channel:

- Always use the latest version for optimal performance and features.
- The version number
v1.3.XXrepresents different minor versions based on the 1.3 series.

Step 3: Connect storage device
- Insert the storage card into the computer's USB port via a card reader.
Step 4: Start Rufus and configure
- Run the Rufus program.
- Select your TF card from the "Device" dropdown menu.
- Click the "Select" button, browse and select the downloaded system image file.
Step 5: Start burning
- After confirming all settings are correct, click the "Start" button.
- A warning will pop up, indicating that all data on the device will be cleared.
- Click "OK" to continue.
- This operation will permanently erase all data on the TF card.
- Please ensure you have backed up important files before burning.
- Do not remove the TF card during the burning process.
Step 6: Wait for burning to complete
- The progress bar shows the current progress.
- Burning time depends on TF card speed and image size, typically 5-15 minutes.
- When the status displays "Ready", burning is complete.
Step 7: Safely remove device
- Close the Rufus program.
- Safely eject the TF card in Windows.
- Remove the TF card and insert it into the device for use.
System Startup Notes
Important: It is recommended to complete system configuration (WIFI, SSH, screen, etc.) before the first system startup to avoid reconfiguration issues after startup.

To ensure stable device operation, strictly adhere to the following power requirements:
Basic Requirements:
- For initial startup and subsequent use, always use a power adapter of at least 5V 2A.
- Some computer USB ports may not meet this standard, so using a dedicated power adapter is recommended.
First Startup Recommendation:
- For the first system startup, use a 5V 2A power adapter.
- Do not connect an external display during startup; connect it after the system has fully booted.
- If using FPC, connect it while the device is powered off.
System Expansion Notes:
- The system expansion process has high requirements for power supply stability.
- Insufficient power supply may lead to device instability or expansion failure.
- During expansion, be sure to use a 5V 2A or higher specification power adapter.
