Introduction

1. Product Introduction

The FLY SHT36 V3 is a hotend tool board designed by Guangzhou Magnesium Wheel Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for 3D printer extruders. Using this tool board, four wires can replace the complex wiring between the mainboard and the print head, optimizing the layout. The SHT36 V3 is suitable for 36 stepper motors and integrates a CAN transceiver, RS232 transceiver, Type-C port, TMC2209 driver, LIS2DW accelerometer, two controllable fans, and other functions. This tool board is compatible with Klipper and RRF firmware.

1.1 Product Features

  • Reserved Boot button, allowing users to enter Boot mode via Type-C for firmware updates.
  • Supports Klipper firmware and RRF firmware.
  • Supports CAN mode, RS232 mode, and RRF CAN mode.
  • In RS232 mode, it offers higher transmission rates and stronger stability. In CAN mode, it supports CAN expansion with a reserved CAN expansion interface.
  • Temperature sensor support: Onboard MAX31865 chip, compatible with PT100 and PT1000 temperature sensors.
  • Supports two controllable fans with selectable voltage. The Mosfet board is replaceable for easy maintenance, with a maximum output current of 1A.
  • Onboard LIS2DW accelerometer and LDC1612 sensor.
  • Reserved RGB interface, onboard 2209 driver, supports various leveling sensors such as BLtouch, klicky, Voron Tap, PL08n, etc.
  • Supports 12-24V voltage and 15A current input. The heater port is enlarged with a rated current of 10A.

1.2 New Features

  • Supports switching between Klipper CAN mode, RS232 mode, and RRF CAN mode.
  • New RS232 mode with higher transmission rates, stronger stability, and simpler debugging.
  • New RRF CAN mode, can be switched to an RRF tool board, enhancing applicability.
  • New CAN expansion interface for easy connection of CAN devices.
  • New terminal resistor DIP switch; the 120R terminal resistor can be selected via the switch without jumpers.
  • New 1-meter power/signal cable with twisted-pair design for stronger anti-interference performance.

1.3 Product Parameters
